Dr Vandana Sood works as the Education & Environment Lead (EEL) for Southampton West PCN and is also a GP partner in one of the PCN member practices, Aldermoor Surgery.
As the Education & Environment Lead, Dr Vandana Sood champions the education and learning function withing the PCN and acts as an educational expert for training and development opportunities. Dr Vandana Sood works closely with the PCN management team and identifies needs and development areas for the team to maximise development and retention within the PCN.
