Matt Bailey is the PCN Business Manager for Southampton West PCN. As Business Manager, Matt works closely with the PCN Clinical Directors, GP partners, and Practice Managers to ensure PCN services are running smoothly. Matt manages the day to day running of the PCN whilst planning and implementing new services or service changes to improve the access and quality of PCN services.
